Lightspeed Champion playing Marlene (combined with a French song that I don’t know) on his synth. The clip’s taken from a 5 part interview by French music magazine magicrpm.

Work in progress
My bed is currently occupied by dozens of loose hangers and old clothes. While I try to clean that up, here’s something I’ve been working on.
I first do a few ink washes and splatters on stonehenge paper, then scan those and arrange them accordingly. It’s been a while, but these are the most fun to do. The only problem with that is that I tend to spend too much time...
I like that they have to point out that the soda doesn’t contain fruit.
Want these headphones!
Eskuche brand headphones with woven cloth “Interchangable Cording System,” featuring 1 cord strictly for audio, another with a mic for your iPhone or Blackberry. I’m hardly an audiophile so all the specs just confuse me, but I love the way these look (especially that avocado green one).
Retail is $59, so I’m hoping they’ll be decent sounding enough (I could save...
Stefan Sagmeister's evolutionary Chair
There’s a great video over at HP (click the image above to go straight to the page) with Sagmeister introducing his Darwin chair, which uses over 200 sheets of tyvek banner paper as the cushions. Each sheet has a different design which allows you to change it up whenever you feel like.
Mr. Sagmeister mentions taking time off to recharge and rekindle those creative juices, which he talks...

Mama loves to try new recipes! When SUGAR & FLUFF teamed up with Christine Farah Photography and Platinum Weddings by Kerrie, we hit it off right away. Our main goal was to gussy up something ‘different’ that was inspired by the hottest trend of industrial design in early 2010: the Steam Punk movement!
Complimented with what we like to call Steam Punk meets Anthropologie,...
Things that make you go meu
Dropped these guys off at Flock Shop in Chinatown earlier today. The logo ended up taking longer than all these guys combined.
Next step (aside from making more): start cranking out comic strips and promote promote promote!
As fun to read as it is to drink!
Not sure how this is going to go, but everyone else on tumblr’s doin it. Go to http://cmykevin.tumblr.com/ask and make me squirm (You can always do this via twitter, of course).

Sweet start to the new year
I remember when I used to start the New Year off by eating healthy and cutting back on going out to eat. For 2010, I haven’t had any restraint whatsoever. Fried chicken steaks from HK cafes for New Year’s Hangovers, Pastrami Sandwich from the Hat and fry-truck FrySmith for dinner the following day. Chorizo and fried egg sandwich for breakfast, and loaded up on sugar water and beer from...
